How to install the pipe cutting machine correctly?

1、Use a booster to push to the installation position,Gently put it down,Do not fall or collide strongly。

2、Use a spirit level to adjust the machine to a horizontal position。

3、Be sure to connect the green bottom line properly,To avoid the danger of electric leakage。

4、Connect the power cord,Please connect the fuse free switch or knife switch,Be careful not to have missing phases,To prevent the motor from burning out due to inability to start。After starting the motor, check if the running direction is the same as the red arrow on the saw blade cover,If the rotation axis is opposite,Swap two of the power cables,Please note that the green ground wire is not interchangeable。

5、Be careful not to change speed during sawing,If variable speed is required,Turn off the spindle first,The speed can only be changed after the spindle comes to a complete stop,To avoid damage caused by abnormal operation of the motor or spindle head gear。

6、When installing the saw blade, refer to the red arrow on the saw blade cover for installation,Do not reverse install the saw blade,To avoid the danger of saw blade breakage。Lock the saw blade and tighten the bolt in the opposite direction of the red arrow,Only after confirming that the saw blade is locked tightly and will not loosen, can the spindle be started,Loose saw blades can cause maintenance and breakage during sawing, posing a danger。
