How to install the pipe cutting machine correctly?

Everyone knows that no matter what equipment is purchased, it must be installed and debugged before it can work properly. What should be done for the installation of the pipe cutting machine? As an industry enterprise, Dexing Machinery will now briefly introduce the installation instructions for the pipe cutting machine:

1. Push the hoist to the installation position, gently lower it, and do not fall or collide strongly.

2. Use a spirit level to adjust the machine to a horizontal position.

3. Be sure to connect the green bottom line properly to avoid the danger of electric leakage.

4. Connect the power cord, please connect the non fuse switch or knife switch, and be careful not to have any phase loss to prevent the motor from burning out due to inability to start. After starting the motor, check if the running direction is the same as the red arrow on the saw blade cover. If the rotation axis is opposite, swap two of the power lines. Note that the green ground wire cannot be swapped.

5. Be careful not to change speed during sawing. If you need to change speed, first turn off the spindle and wait for it to completely stop before changing speed to avoid damage caused by abnormal operation of the motor or spindle head gear.

6. When installing the saw blade, refer to the red arrow on the saw blade cover for installation. Do not reverse install the saw blade to avoid the danger of blade breakage. Lock the saw blade and tighten the bolt in the opposite direction of the red arrow. Only after confirming that the saw blade is locked and will not loosen, can the spindle be started. Loose saw blades can cause danger of breakage during sawing and maintenance.
